All emergency dispatchers at CAUCA have one desire in common: to help save lives and protect property. 

As professionals, they meet varied requirements and undergo specialized training to provide a service to the public based on the highest performance criteria established by our organization and our partners. CAUCA requires a high level of performance on the part of its staff and provides them with all the resources necessary to accomplish their work.

We believe that diversity is very important in the growth and development of our employees. All emergency dispatchers are encouraged to broaden their range of skills, allowing them to eventually become 9-1-1 call takers at our primary centre and then progress to one of our secondary centres for call-taking or dispatching of fire or medical calls.

Making a difference through skill is one of the foundations that characterize the management philosophy of our organization.
