We are incredibly proud to celebrate the 35th anniversary of CAUCA this year.

CAUCA does much more than serve citizens in cities and municipalities through its primary 9-1-1 call center and its secondary centers for fire, health, and municipal emergencies.
As part of its mission, the organization supports emergency responders and municipal services by efficiently handling emergency and municipal service requests, serving citizens.
More than 140 employees, including nearly 100 emergency and municipal dispatchers, support the approximately 593 municipalities across Quebec served by CAUCA every day. This represents nearly 700,000 calls handled each year for 1.8 million citizens in 14 administrative regions of Quebec.
