CAUCA, in partnership with over 600 municipalities throughout Quebec and the Agence de santé et services sociaux Chaudière-Appalaches, is committed to constant innovation in order to improve public safety.
As we are the first link in the chain of emergency response, we must provide professional services of the utmost quality.
In addition, as to quality of our services, our well-established reputation comes from over 15 years of being certified by the International Academy of Emergency Dispatch, a recognition that only a very few North American centres like ours have maintained for so long.
Moreover, in April 2012, Quebec’s Minister of Public Security confirmed that the personnel, procedures, technology, building, as well as all procedures established by CAUCA, are certified to Quebec Government standards. This certification was renewed October 1, 2014 for a period of 2 years.
This year, CAUCA is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Although we still are a young company, our employees’ experience has been called on to help in thousands of emergency situations and they have continually met these challenges in a composed and organized manner.
We therefore believe that our reputation represents an invaluable asset. That is why it is our duty to ensure that our personnel continue to display professionalism and resolutely continue to be involved in the success of our organization with dedication and honestly.
