FINANCIAL

The financial department is responsible for the budget, accounting attendees, management of the treasury and the financial performance of the organization. For our clients, we ensure a simple but detailed billing services, respecting the contractual obligations. Our team is passionate about numbers and is always available to answer your questions!

COMMUNICATION

Communicating, inspiring, and influencing are the core principles of our communication department. More specifically, we coordinate and plan activities as well as the means of communication and marketing for the organization. We go above the call of duty by accompanying our client municipalities with the promotion of our solutions. We are here for you!

OUR DIVISIONS

The municipal call center and citizen’s help line (CITAM)

The CITAM division proposes innovative solutions allowing Quebec municipalities to communicate effectively with their citizens. This division acts as sub-center for ‘municipal emergencies’ sent to our 9-1-1 service.

Health and Communications Center of the Chaudiere-Appalaches region (CCS)

The CCS role is to receive, treat, and send our calls in need of pre-hospital medical attention. This division acts as sub-center for calls in regards to health.
